The Providence Group Sponsors Events to Raise Money for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation

This year, the Atlanta home builder will partner with Hunter’s Helping Hands to be a presenting sponsor for the 2nd Annual Family Fun Fair in Woodstock and a Bronze Sponsor at the annual Atlanta Ride for Kids® event. Proceeds from both events benefit the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation (PBFT).

“To date, Hunter’s Helping Hands has raised over $70,000 for the PBFT and The Providence Group is excited to join them in raising funds and increasing awareness about this deadly disease,” said Warren Jolly, President of The Providence Group. “Funds raised during these two events will go towards research that will one day find the cause of and hopefully the cure for childhood brain tumors.”

The 2nd Annual Family Fun Fair hosted by Hunter’s Helping Hands will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Park at City Center in downtown Woodstock. Attendees will enjoy a day of family-friendly fun with inflatables, live auction, petting zoo, raffle, DJ, food, vendor booths, arts & crafts, Cherokee County “touch a truck” and more. In 2012, the Family Fun Fair was the largest Atlanta fundraiser for PBTF, raising more than $30,000.

Hundreds of motorcyclists will come together for the Atlanta Ride for Kids® event held on Saturday, June 2, 2013. The escorted ride starts at 9:30 a.m. at the North Point Mall and will end at Lumpkin County High School in Dahlonega.
