Eric Keese from the American Real Estate University presented valuable information on the REALTORS® Code of Ethics, and attendees enjoyed a delicious lunch from The Atlanta Burger Food Truck. Gwinnett County Offers $5,000 down payment incentives

Gwinnett County has just launched a special program offering $5,000 down payment incentives and special interest loans as low at 3.49% for new home buyers.

Gwinnett governments, banks, mortgage companies, the Community Foundation for Northeast Georgia, the Impact Group, and the Gwinnett Housing Authority collaborated on a package that essentially “continues” a similar version of the federal homebuyer tax incentives that expired April 30 for homes and lots purchased in Gwinnett County.

More details will follow, but the approximately $5,000 down payment incentive is for new constructed homes priced up to $205,000. View new homes in Gwinnett County that fall in this price range and read more on the Let's Do Business Gwinnett website.
