CENTURY 21 Results Realty Services Affiliates Receive Top Honors at the 400 North Board of Realtors® Event

CENTURY 21 Results Realty Services is pleased to announce that several of their affiliates receive top honors at the 400 North Board of Realtors Annual Holiday Luncheon and Toy Drive on December 5, 2014 at the Lanier Tech Conference Center. This annual event introduces the officers and directors for the coming year as well as the acknowledgement of five key awards for members that made key contributions throughout the year. Two of the five awards were received by associates in the Results Realty Services office.

 

Luis Rocafort received the Realtor of the Year Award. This coveted award is a tremendous achievement and is rewarded to the member who provides leadership, support and involvement to the local Board. Luis will serve as the President Elect to the 2015 Board and will be instrumental in making sure that the Board continues on a successful path to provide education, community involvement, member support and recognition and governmental affairs on behalf of the local chapter. Terry Swanson, Broker of Century 21 Results Realty Services was thrilled with Luis being named the Realtor of the Year, and pointed out that the company has now had an agent/broker be awarded the Realtor of the Year for the 400 North Board for the last three years in a row!

Jennifer Hodge received the Good Neighbor Award. This is a new award and is in recognition of the member that recognizes and truly makes adifference in the growing needs of the surrounding community. Jennifer started her charitable organization in 2014 to provide financial assistance to individuals and families that are suffering with addiction. Her organization is Realty4Rehab and throughout the year she has provided aid to many individuals and local support groups. Jennifer received a check from the Board for $100 to No LongerBound—one of the facilities she has worked with over the past year.

Mark DiJohn is also a Realtor in the CENTURY 21 office and will serve on the 2015 Board of Directors. Mark received the Realtor of the Year Award in 2013. He has provided many years of service and support to the local Board as well.

CENTURY 21 Results Realty Services Sponsors Easter Seals Charity Event October 18, 2014

This Saturday from 7:00-11:00pm, CENTURY 21 Results Realty Services will be holding their first annual Party with a Purpose to benefit Easter Seals North Georgia. This local charity helps disabled children and children with other challenges and their families. Their primary goal is to help them have equal opportunities to live, learn, work and play in their communities.

The themed event is called Denim and Diamonds and is expected to be a great night of excellent food, dancing and wonderful comradery.

The event is open to the public and will be held at the Forsyth Conference Center at Lanier Technical College located at 3410 Ronald Reagan Boulevard. There will be live music with Band X, food by Tam’s Backstage, silent and live auctions that includes: trips, IPads, golf, dining, spa treatments and so much more.

In April 2014, Results Realty Services celebrated their sixteenth year in business. Terry Swanson and his mother Sarah Swanson started the firm at 2209 Sharon Road, Cumming, Georgia in 1998. Many locals know it as the little white house just around the corner from the Sharon Road and Old Atlanta Road intersection. Throughout the years Results has had several other locations; however, the corporate office has always been at this primary location.

With the growth and the direction of the company evolving the need for a more efficient and customer friendly space with more amenities became increasingly important. Staying in the immediate area was a critical part of the decision to relocate to 2920 Ronald Reagan Boulevard. The new space is nearing completion and the staff and agents are in temporary space in the same building. The new retail space provides the advantage of street traffic from local doctors, eateries and shops. With a new, vibrant approach to office space Swanson has started a new trend in the North Atlanta real estate market—the new office will feature “hot desking” for agents that need space temporarily as well as private offices for agents that want a permanent space. Maximizing the amenity areas of the office will be accomplished through a grand entry room, two conference rooms, closing/presentation room, large kitchen with a coffee bar and ample parking. With a focus on education, the new office will include a full service real estate school with a training room.

The new CENTURY 21 Results Realty Services office will be having a grand opening on June 26, 2014, from 6-8PM. CENTURY 21 Results Realty Services is pleased to announce the Institute of Real Estate Training (iRET), which is an approved school by the Georgia Real Estate Commission (School Code 7435), will be offering real estate pre-license education classes at their Cumming location.  iRET is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Tom Gillette Company, Inc, whose owner, Tom Gillett, has been a mainstay in Georgia real estate and education for over 30 years.   This 75-hour course will begin February 20 and will conclude April 3, 2014. During the year Terry served as the President for the 400 North Board of Realtors and was also a member of the Executive Committee for the Georgia Association of REALTORS. His leadership and involvement for the past year was acknowledged by the Board on December 6, 2013 at the Polo Golf and Country Club during their Annual Holiday Luncheon and Toy Drive.

Swanson started his real estate career over twenty years ago initially as a new homes sales agent for a national builder, and in 1998, he started his own real estate company Results Realty Services located in Cumming, Georgia.  In 2012, he decided to affiliate his office with CENTURY 21 as a franchisee. It has enabled him to take advantage of a strong national brand to support the growing needs of his real estate agents and has allowed him more time to give back to an industry that has provided him with so many opportunities. In recent years he has been recognized in the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s TOP 100 in Atlanta Real Estate. CENTURY 21 Results Realty Services is pleased to announce that for the 2013 calendar year their office has achieved the highest dollar volume* in real estate sales for Forsyth County. There are many real estate offices in Forsyth County Georgia, and most of the national real estate brands have a strong presence in the marketplace. Century 21 Results Realty Services also achieved top selling volume success in 2009, 2010 and 2011. In 2012, they were ranked number two. Forsyth County continues to be a growing area of North Atlanta with the widening of the GA400 Interstate and the openings of many businesses. The population as estimated in 2012 by the US Census Bureau was just over 187,000 people and approximately 86% own a home, compared with 66% in the state of Georgia. The average price for a home in 2012 for Forsyth County was $265,900, and this number is expected to come in higher for end of 2013. The public schools in the area continue to be a big draw for people relocating to the area. Forsyth has five high schools, nine middle schools and twenty elementary schools—many of them have been named Schools of Excellence as recognized by the Georgia Department of Education.

400 North Board Announces Tamara Stout New Homes Sales Agent of the Year

Tamara joined the Results team in 2007 after a 25 year career as a Speech Pathologist. Through her dedication and commitment to real estate she reached sales volumes in 2008 and 2009, to receive Million Dollar Club recognition. In 2010 and 2011, Results awarded her with the Agent of the Year as she achieved the highest gross commission income for an individual agent. Additionally, Tamara was recognized in 2010 as the #1 selling New Homes Agent for the 400 North Board of Realtors.
