Acadia’s Wellstone at Middle Creek Gets a Facelift

Wellstone ATLANTA –Wellstone at Middle Creek, Acadia Homes & Neighborhood’s popular community of active adult homes in Forsyth County, is getting a new look.
The developers are spending $100,000 on improvements to the community, including revamping the entrance and the clubhouse, creating a seating area and a greenway outside the sales center, and installing a community garden with planting beds and a potting shed for the residents’ use.
“We’re giving the entire community a facelift, upgrading the landscaping and adding new signage with earth tone colors. We want our homeowners to enjoy living in a beautiful community,” said Sam Bass, vice president of sales and marketing for Acadia Homes and Neighborhoods. “Additionally, we are offering homebuyers a $25,000 buyer bonus on two inventory homes at Wellstone. Wellstone at Middle Creek is an Atlanta new homes community of Craftsman-style ranch condominiums with three bedrooms and three baths, and two-car garages with garage door openers included. The homes have more than 2,000 square feet of living space and are priced from the mid-$200,000s.
Standard features include hardwood floors in the foyer, kitchen and breakfast room, crown molding in the main living areas, stainless steel appliances, maple cabinets with crown molding, granite countertops and tile backsplashes in the kitchen and tile floors and tile surrounds in the bathrooms. 
The community’s resort-style amenity package includes a heated swimming pool, a 5,000 square foot clubhouse with a state-of-the-art fitness center, billiards room, meeting spaces, hot tub and outdoor fireplace. 
The community sold five homes in May and has four homes ready for immediate occupancy, as well as several homes under construction.  When complete, the community will have 96 condominiums units.
Wellstone at Middle Creek is located near GA 400 and close to some of north Georgia’s finest shopping, dining, entertainment venues and healthcare facilities. The sales center is open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.
To reach the community, take GA 400 to exit 14 (GA 20/Buford Highway) and turn right. Turn left on Nuckolls Road. The community will be on the left.
