It is so exciting to see progress at Hanover Place by Home South Communities!

Hanover Place sat very quiet for a few months when the previous builder closed their doors... the demand for the community was still strong while there was not a builder. Since being on site I have  hear over and over how people drove thru looking for a sales office and to their shagrin, did not find one... until now!
 
Home South took over this swim/tennis/clubhouse/playground community and so much progress has been made!
 
There are two homes under contract, and another 5 homes under construction with closing dates of March and April this spring. Several of the homes now have granite countertops, maple cabinets, gorgeous fireplace mantles with marble surround. The exceptional trim work has begun and the exteriors have brick, siding, shutters and are in the process of being painted. Driveways, patios and front porches are all poured. Once all of the finishing touches are installed, the homes will truly shine!
