Homeowners Maintain Independence at Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge

ATLANTA – When active adults need to make life changes, such as downsizing, they want to purchase homes that simplify their lives. Jim Chapman Communities builds such homes. Though a bit smaller than her old one, it will fit her new lifestyle better.

 

Jane and Billy both chose the Westminster floor plan. Their homes feature large kitchens with name-brand appliances, custom-built cabinets and abundant counter space. The inviting living rooms are great for entertaining, and the oversized master suites include walk-in closets and spa bathrooms. Their homes are complete with finished bonus rooms. Since most of their family and friends will be visiting from Maryland, these private suites are one of their favorite features.
