Though a bit smaller than her old one, it will fit her new lifestyle better.

 

Jane and Billy both chose the Westminster floor plan. Their homes feature large kitchens with name-brand appliances, custom-built cabinets and abundant counter space. The inviting living rooms are great for entertaining, and the oversized master suites include walk-in closets and spa bathrooms. Their homes are complete with finished bonus rooms. Since most of their family and friends will be visiting from Maryland, these private suites are one of their favorite features.

 

Besides having customizable floor plans, both lawn and exterior maintenance are included in the homeowner’s association fees. Amenities include a community clubhouse with a large, heated swimming pool and outdoor fireplace and fully-equipped gym. The clubhouse also has a great kitchen which, according to Jane, is perfect for cooking and gathering if too many people come to visit.

 

The family is looking forward to moving into their new homes and starting this new chapter in their lives. Plus, Billy will not have to travel far to visit his mother.
