Atlanta Builder to Form Exclusive Partnership with EquityLock Solutions, LLC
ATLANTA – Stonecrest Homes Atlanta, Inc. has partnered with EquityLock Solutions, LLC to offer Home Price Protection to all its home buyers beginning Aug. 26th. This is a new, one-of-a-kind program for the metro Atlanta area and Stonecrest Homes is the first Atlanta builder to offer Home Price Protection to its buyers. In fact, EquityLock has selected Stonecrest Homes to be its first national builder partner.
Home Price Protection is a real estate market protection contract that gives homeowners a financial return if their local House Price Index, as reported by the Federal Housing Finance Agency, is lower at the time of sale than when the contract was purchased for them by Stonecrest.

If eligible, contract holders receive a payout from EquityLock Solutions. The payout is equal to the percentage of the local House Price Index decline multiplied by the value of the home when the Home Price Protection contract was secured.
