Payne is a veteran of the homebuilding industry with 18 years of experience. For the past two-and-a-half years he has been at the The PulteGroup where he last served as National Vice President of Sales. Before that, Payne spent 12 years with McCar Homes where he served in multiple capacities including Division President in Charlotte, N.C. for four years. Throughout the years, working with others in the industry has provided some of his greatest successes.
"Over my career I have been in a unique position to help hundreds of real estate professionals reach for their personal and professional goals," Payne said. "It really makes me proud to watch someone set out to accomplish something they did not think was possible and ultimately achieve it."
As the new Vice President of Sales and Marketing for KM Homes, Payne will be managing the sales and marketing efforts and working with his team to become the most effective sales and marketing organization possible. It is this team of professionals that has him excited for the future.
