O’Dwyer Homes Boasts New Single-Family Home Sales Up Nearly 50 Percent From Last Year

“The market is definitely improving and our buyers are seeing more activity regarding selling of their existing homes”, states Dan O’Dwyer, President of O’Dwyer Homes.
 

Sales of O’Dwyer homes increased substantially in 2010 compared with the same period last year. At the same time, their traffic increased over 60% from the previous year and their closings more than doubled.
