O'Dwyer Homes Offers New Pricing For The New Year

O'Dwyer Homes wants to put new homebuyers in a New Home for the New Year. They have restructured their pricing at several of their new home communities.

Instead of keeping their prices up and offering thousands of dollars towards sales incentives, O'Dwyer Homes has significantly reduced pricing in four of their communities throughout the Atlanta area. All homes in these communities are now offering new home designs to better meet the needs of today’s homebuyer.

Three O'Dwyer communities now start from the $190's. These communities include Creekside at Wade Farm in Austell, GA and Old Friendship Place in Buford, GA.
